Indoor Exercises

I, like many people, moved to Los Angeles in hopes to escape the rain. So when it starts raining here, I go a little stir crazy. When I want to beat the boredom and stay productive, I turn to working out. I’m definitely an advocate of staying active and healthy, so today I decided to show you some exercises you can go at the gym. Given that the gym can be a little overwhelming, I met up with my buddy Jay to help me show you guys an upper body routine using several machines you’d find around a gym. Remember to listen to your body, and take it easy. We start off with some warm ups, and then go into some chest and arm exercises!
